You may return your room spray product under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective room spray, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on how to return the product, and we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Incorrect Product: If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you at no additional cost.
Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund as follows:
Damaged or Defective Products: If you return a damaged or defective product, we will issue a full refund, including the original shipping cost, within 15 days of receiving the returned item.
Incorrect Product: If you return a product due to an error on our part (e.g., receiving the wrong product), we will issue a full refund, including the original shipping cost, within 15 days of receiving the returned item.
